Quilting Coterie
It's finally happening! Alissa is starting a Quilting Coterie! It's a collective of people who love to quilt AND/OR who want to get better at quilting. Custom quilting is Alissa's favorite part of making a quilt and she wants it to be yours as well! We will gather each month and go over free motion designs, and rulers both.
Alissa will show you samples made with the ruler of the month, and then also show you 3 different free motion motifs. We will all practice our motifs together (on paper!), and come up with different applications for them. No machines here, this is a talk and pen/paper based fun having group!
We will also have a quick and fun project every other month that Alissa will put together so we can all make the same item, but in different fabric and with different quilting to showcase the depth of our craft and how amazing little differences can really change a project!
Join us on the 4th Thursday of each month from 3-5pm!
