Quilting with Alissa 2.0
Do you want to expand on your free motion journey?? Is it hard to decide what to put where on your quilt? How do you know what designs fit and how to work them into where you want them to be? Or is it just hard getting the muscle memory to make the designs you want to?
Come and sew with Alissa, and she will go further in depth into quilting and why certain motifs fit certain places, and why other motifs fit other places! We will be working on a panel, so you don't have to worry about what goes where, it'll be more like a trace the shapes and get that muscle memory down pat! The panel can be cut apart afterwards into a few different projects that Alissa will show you how she made. Come and have fun and stretch those creative muscles with Alissa.
To Bring to Class:
Sewing Machine - power cord, pedal, ruler foot + free motion foot
Fabric - None! Alissa provides the panel/batting/backing
Thread - Neutral white/gray OR a range of blues/purples/greens
Needle - size 90
Sewing Kit - snips, seam ripper, bobbins, etc
Rulers - any you want to try and/or play with!
