Our sewing machine repairman Thierry has been honing his craft for about 25 years. He can fix almost any machine there is! He has been a certified Bernina technician for almost 25 years. Based locally, Thierry is in the shop every week on Wednesdays to work on machines. Machines must be in the shop by Tuesday by closing to be worked on Wednesday. Machine servicing cost starts at $110, and is completed in-house every Wednesday. Any repairs needing parts will incur additional charges.

Moriah is our longarm guru and specializes in longarm repairs. She is a Handiquilter-certified longarm tech and is available for longarm tech work. If you can't get your machine to us, for a fee Moriah can come to you to service your machine.
