Our sewing machine repairman Thierry has been honing his craft for about 25 years. He can fix almost any machine there is! He has been a certified Bernina technician for almost 25 years. Based locally, Thierry is in the shop every week on Wednesdays to work on machines. Machines must be in the shop by Tuesday by closing to be worked on Wednesday. Machine servicing cost starts at $95, and is completed in-house every Wednesday. Any repairs needing parts will incur additional charges.

Spike is our newest team addition and he specializes in longarm repairs and rebuilding antique sewing machines. Spike is a Handiquilter-certified longarm tech and is available every Tuesday for longarm tech work. If you can't get your machine to us, for a fee Spike can come pick up and drop off your machine.
